What is resilience?

What does resilience mean to you? At this year's conference, we'll be identifying ways that ALIES and member libraries can become more resilient. These are just a few resilience words, but when you hear the word resilience, what comes to mind?

    To me resilience means flexibility, the ability to bounce back from adversity, being optimistic, looking for the positives in a tough situation. They apply equally to life and career.
